With what? The message means exactly what it says on the tin: you've created five identical certificates within the past week. Use one of them, and stop wasting Let's Encrypt's resources.
You can find the certificates on crt.sh, probably, but they won't do anything if you don't have the private key.
The private key usually does not leave the machine that asked for a certificate. What caused the issuance of these five certificates? Do you still have them?
