Too many certificates generated

I’m trying to generate a cert against my domain, when I do this I receive an error saying too many certs have been generated. I checked and I don’t see any certs.


There are quite a few matches when you include all subdomains of - enough to trigger the rate limiting. Rate limiting works based on registered domains, defined as:

A registered domain is, generally speaking, the part of the domain you purchased from your domain name registrar. For instance, in the name, the registered domain is In, the registered domain is We use the Public Suffix List to calculate the registered domain.
