You’ve got a lot of certificates issued lately: https://crt.sh/?q=%pg-mg.de

See more about the rate limits: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/

Yes, we had a technical problem. When can I request a new one again? Or how can I delete the “old”?

It’s a sliding window of 7 days (i.e., 604800 seconds). Counting from your cert of Jan 30, you can request a (single!) new one from Mon, 6 Feb 2017 12:38:00 +00:00.

Deleting/revoking/whatever doesn’t reset the rate limit, so don’t bother
