Checking your domain there is no SSL connection possible - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=discovertheworlds.com
And there is only a Sectigo certificate, no Letsencrypt certificate:

The port check has some cPanel port answers.
If you use cPanel, you must install the certificate via cPanel.
