You have several options to get a certificate on a non-supported godaddy hosting, your best option is to run an acme client on your local machine, get a certificate using the dns challenge (do godaddy host your dns too?), and the upload it every 60-90 days.

You can also go manual, but I advise against it. It might seem easier at the beginning, but you won’t have easy renewals.
