There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains

I unfortunately deleted the certificates since I had issues with my server and got this:

There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: iskacanada.com,www.iskacanada.com:

My domain is: iskacanada.com

According to the rate limit I need to wait a week! how can I get back this certificate ?

You can download the certificate from crt.sh (or any certificate transparency log viewer), but you can't recover the private key (certificate key) from any online platforms as it's never there.

Thanks for your answer. I will check if I can get the key in my logs. Is there a way for someone to reissue a certificate without waiting a week?

I've never seen that done.

The only possible "workaround" that I can think of, would be to add, or remove, a name from that list.
Which would no longer match "exact set of domains" and may allow you to continue.

I have successfully regain my old SSL certificate with the private key. However, this certificate is expired today. I guess I need to wait a week.

If you need to secure your site during the limit and can’t bypass the limit, you can visit other paid CAs who are offering short term trial certificate. Those are 7 days - 30 days but are good enough to get you through the limit.
