sudo certbot --apache -d sutia.com.br -d www.sutia.com.br

It produced this output:

Thank you for the link. The information was essential to find the root
cause of the issue.
I had removed the inbound access from port 80 and per the document you
sent it was needed
After I opened this port I was able to install the certificate.
It worked successfully!
