There seems to be certificate issue within shared certificate
I have received information from our IT team to further investigate why this happened and…
The certificate is throwing up an error as it does not have the required details.
This Link https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=account.loneypay.com/ gives some more details on the same.
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):don’t know
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):don’t know
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: upress.co.il
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): don’t know
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):yes
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version
or certbot-auto --version
if you’re using Certbot):no
Hi @eladmahlev
there is a self signed certificate - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=account.loneypay.com
Grade N. The output of sslshopper is bad - too much green.
CN=loneypay.com
31.10.2019
31.10.2029
expires in 3642 days loneypay.com - 1 entry
with a Serial Number
Serial Number: 01
So it's not a trusted certificate.
And the CT-Part ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=account.loneypay.com#ct-logs ) is empty, there is no Letsencrypt certificate created with that domain name.
PS: This link
isn't your screenshot. That link shows the same warning:
The digicert check is "too green".
First of all thank you very much for the quick response
Second how I fix this situation

Buy a certificate. Or create a Letsencrypt certificate. Or ask your IT team, it's their job.
