i been trying to do new certificate for this domain alfashti.ae
Hi @alalili
alalili:
can someone guide me
most users of this forum don't use Synology, so it may be better to ask in the Synology forum.
What says that i (Subject Alternative Name): May be you must use your main name alfashti1.synology.me
too.
But that's speculative, that's more a Synology problem.

Try putting alfashti.ae for you domain name and alfashti1.synology.me for the subject alternative name. Theoretically the tool you are using for your certificates will later add your domain name (alfashti.ae) to the list of subject alternative names for you since it needs to be in that list too. If there’s a setting somewhere to redirect http to https that would also help.
