Just wonder there is any step-by-step guide on using Let’s Encrypt to setup a SSL (https) access of a website in IIS ?!

There are not really many steps:

But as far as I understand these are mainly for contributors of the LE client.

Edit: Sorry, just note that you mentioned IIS. Currently there is no support for IIS in the official LE client, but you can manually get a cert and use a guide for IIS to let it work there.

I have to disagree on no IIS support. ebekker has published a client for Windows, or am I missing something from that page?
