SSL to many certifications error

My domain is: asambleas.elj.com.do

I ran this command: sudo /opt/bitnami/letsencrypt/lego --tls --email="myemailaddress@email.com" --domains=“asambleas.elj.com.do” --path="/opt/bitnami/letsencrypt" run

It produced this output: 2019/07/04 19:59:27 Could not obtain certificates:
acme: error: 429 :: POST :: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order :: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: asambleas.elj.com.do: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/, url:

My web server is (include version): nginx/1.16.0

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ubuntu 16.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: buyhttp

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no, I’m accessing via ssh

So I’m trying to generate a new certificate but I’m getting the error ‘too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: asambleas.elj.com.do’

Acoording to the documentation in https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/, I can create generate 50 certificates per registered domain per week.

And on this webpage https://crt.sh/?q=asambleas.elj.com.do I can see that only five have been created

That hits the limit.

Where are these? Why don't you use one of these certificates?

Create one, then use it 60 - 85 days, then create the next.

Duplicate Certificate limit of 5 per week.

You can create max. 5 identical certificates per week. But there is no need to create more then one certificate.

If you use bitnami, additional steps are required, so your Bitnami is able to use the certificate.
