SSL/TLS Certificates not secured

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: https://urbnsocial.com/

I ran this command: Did not ran any command and don't know how to.

It produced this output: Please wait while Plesk finishes adding a DNS record with the following parameters:
Record type: TXT
Domain name: _acme-challenge.urbnsocial.com
Record: 6e2A1qD6vG0tJO0jcXc-ShZofZ00ADJq0BCovNQMC7c

The current SSL/TLS certificate is valid to January 21, 2021. It will be used to secure your website until a new one is issued.

Hi @ShinjiPerado

Plesk isn't your hoster, Plesk is your control panel. Your configuration is a little bit tricky - see your check this morning - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=urbnsocial.com

Host Type IP-Address is auth. ∑ Queries ∑ Timeout
urbnsocial.com A 51.79.79.183 Beauharnois/Quebec/Canada (CA) - OVH SAS Hostname: ns568953.ip-51-79-79.net yes 1 0
AAAA yes
www.urbnsocial.com CNAME u9wxuwu.sitelockcdn.net yes 1 0
A 45.60.23.104 London/England/United Kingdom (GB) - Incapsula Inc
No Hostname found yes

Non-www and www have different ip addresses.

Your www version has a Plesk (see the #Portcheck - part).

Your www has a correct GlobalSign - certificate, your non-www has the expired certificate.

So: Who manages your non-www hosting? Looks like OVH or a subprovider, so must that company manage / fix the Plesk running there -> ask OVH or your subprovider.
