SSL/TLS Certificates not secured

Hi @ShinjiPerado

Plesk isn't your hoster, Plesk is your control panel. Your configuration is a little bit tricky - see your check this morning -

Host Type IP-Address is auth. ∑ Queries ∑ Timeout A Beauharnois/Quebec/Canada (CA) - OVH SAS Hostname: yes 1 0
AAAA yes CNAME yes 1 0
A London/England/United Kingdom (GB) - Incapsula Inc
No Hostname found yes

Non-www and www have different ip addresses.

Your www version has a Plesk (see the #Portcheck - part).

Your www has a correct GlobalSign - certificate, your non-www has the expired certificate.

So: Who manages your non-www hosting? Looks like OVH or a subprovider, so must that company manage / fix the Plesk running there -> ask OVH or your subprovider.
