It produced this output: all ok

I ran this command: dnschecker
It produced this output: seems fine to me

My web server is (include version): Ubuntu 24.04

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Plesk

My hosting provider, if anwendbar, is: strato.de

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): idk

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk newest

i think i get it: do i have to create the subdomains on my own and edit dns for each subdomain?

Are you sure you need that subdomain? If this is an included service I imagine it would've been configured automatically.

I thought so too, but like you postet dnschecker said webmail and mail subdomain has no a and aaaa records ...

Why do you need to get your own certificates? The hosting packages at Strato all include them. Maybe you should just ask them how to enable those?
