SSL issue site opening very slow

HI Support team,

SSL renewed on my site after that my site gone very slow.please take a look

I have tried everything but not any success.

The index.html file is 89K and took 11 seconds to load - very slow indeed.

The SSL Labs testing took around 80 seconds for each IP - not too bad.
Possibly unrelated, but that tesing did show
"The server does not support Forward Secrecy with the reference browsers. Grade reduced to A-“
and
"server has no (Cipher Suite) preference”
