I'm afraid you've given us basically no information to work with. With the little you have given us, all I can say is:
- Whatever you did to get the cert in the first place, do it again, and
- If you didn't do anything manually to get the cert in the first place, ask your hosting provider

Vercel should handle the certificate management for you.
