Ssl certificate problem

MY DOMAIN IS WWW.COMPRATABLET.IT

i install a ssl certificate but i always receive this error

DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

do you know why?

you have two dns entries ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=compratablet.it ):

But your certificate has only one domain name:

CN=compratablet.it
	05.05.2019
	03.08.2019
expires in 72 days	compratablet.it - 1 entry

So your non-www version is secure, your www not.
