Hey i just installed your ssl cert and IT work perfectly with my website BUT for some reassons i am not able to connect my server with putty and filezilla also.
putty and filezilla give me connection time out error
SSH and SSL/TLS are separate and independent, it’s unlikely that setting up one would interfere with the other. Is it possible that you made some other changes to your server or firewall configuration at the same time?

when I had your problems it was the firewall…
I have my servers on Amazon…there you have IP-blocking for SSH, but not http.
