Is it possible to see my current usage and rate limits for my account?
Not directly, there is no API to query for that. However, you can use https://crt.sh to check the number of certificates issued. Use the "Deduplicate" option using the advanced search screen, otherwise you'd erroneous also count the pre-certificates. This is obviously only useful for rate limits associated with certificates issued. For the other rate limits there is nothing.
