Secure Lock not showing in browser

My domain is: www.barber.ae

I ran this command: sudo certbot --nginx -d barber.ae -d www.barber.ae

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): nginx version: nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Hetzner Cloud

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No I am deploying my site myself on cloud hosting with nginx

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot 0.31.0

I have installed SSL with certbot successfully but the secure lock isn’t showing

checking your domain you have a correct certificate - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=barber.ae#html-content

But you have mixed content. Check the output of the"Html Content" - part.

Some links like

http://barber.ae/images/leader_barber_shop.jpeg

are loaded via http -> that's mixed content. Change these to https.

Curious: Now the check is ready, it shows
