Good day Dear c-panel team

Our SSL certificate for the following The SSL certificate for “mamaspride.mamaspride.site” has not been renewed. You must take action to secure this site.

The following domain names will lose SSL coverage when the certificate expires:

• mamaspride.ng
• www.mamaspride.ng
  We need to renew them and need your advise on what to do as we non technical?

@INSL We're NOT the C-panel team, but Let's Encrypt support. For C-Panel support you'll have to search and go elsewhere.

Furthermore, Let's Encrypt has never issued a certificate for the hostname mamaspride.site (see e.g. crt.sh | mamaspride.site).

Let's Encrypt does have issued certs for mamaspride.ng/www.mamaspride.ng. But if you want to have help, you need to fill out the questionnaire.
