@INSL We're NOT the C-panel team, but Let's Encrypt support. For C-Panel support you'll have to search and go elsewhere.

Furthermore, Let's Encrypt has never issued a certificate for the hostname mamaspride.site (see e.g. crt.sh | mamaspride.site).

Let's Encrypt does have issued certs for mamaspride.ng/www.mamaspride.ng. But if you want to have help, you need to fill out the questionnaire.
