I see you have a long and successful history with Let's Encrypt certs (history here).

Without answers to any of the form questions it is difficult to say much.

But, I cannot reach your domain with HTTP or HTTPS. And, neither can the Let's Debug test site.

You should check your router or other network config to ensure your domain is available. Redo the Let's Debug test to verify changes.

If that's not sufficient we will need more info from you.
