Removing the limit on the issuance of certificates

Hello,

On September 30, we update our service due to the expiration of the root certificate "DST Root CA X3 Expiration", an error occurred and the certificate issuance limit was exceeded "Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours". We issue a lot of certificates with your help and we would like to urgently remove this limit for our client and his list of domains. It is very important and critical for us to remove this limit. You have already issued new certificates. Just use the ones you already have. It looks like you have a serious problem with how you generate certificates as you are creating far too many.

I looked at the first one in your list of 300+ domains and I see you issued 5 certificates on Oct 1.

Why do you try to issue more than five duplicate certificates? That sounds very wasteful, unless you have a very good reason to do so..
