Redirecting automatically

Hi, my name is Junior Dias.
I installed the lets encrypt certificate through zerossl.com
After the installation my pages were already with the secure green site lock,
It was just typing cuidandodeorquidea.com
However, today my site did not open as safe when typing (cuidandodeorquidea.com) ie, it was not with automatic redirection.
For my site to enter as secure, I have to manually type :frowning:
https://www.cuidandodeorquidea.com/
I would like to know what will happen and how can I solve this problem.

Hi @Jdias

this isn't a problem of creating a certificate. You have to configure your webserver.

So search "yourwebserver (perhaps Apache or nginx) redirect". There you find samples.

Typical:

http://cuidandodeorquidea.com/ -> https://cuidandodeorquidea.com/
http://www.cuidandodeorquidea.com/ -> https://www.cuidandodeorquidea.com/

And choose one version, so

https://cuidandodeorquidea.com/ -> https://www.cuidandodeorquidea.com/

or

https://www.cuidandodeorquidea.com/ -> https://cuidandodeorquidea.com/

So every user has (at the end) the same version.
