Received an expiration notice after successful renewal

Hi there,
My domain name is https://www.ieltsessaybank.com/
A couple of weeks ago, I opened Port 80 to allow http requests. I renewed SSL and then I closed Port 80. Today, I got a email saying that my certificate will expire in 9 days.

Is my certificate successfully renewed or not? Can I close Port 80? Thanks in advance!

No, your cert has not renewed. See your cert history here:

You show a dry-run test working so that is good. But, dry-run uses the test system and does not issue a cert. You need to run the renew without dry-run to get a cert.

Please just keep port 80 open. There's no sensible reason to close it. See Best Practice - Keep Port 80 Open - Let's Encrypt for more info.

If the CDN is configured correctly, you shouldn't have to use port 80 at all on your system.
