Hi all,
I use LE and Im so far happy, I have following scenario:
Website use https
But when I renew the certificate I have to open port 80 on my server and renew that and close it again, its possible to renew the certificate through port 443 or better way?

that's the wrong way having a public visible domain name and a webserver.
Please read
If you want to have a working webserver, port 80 must be open. If you think that's a security problem - that's wrong.

When you get a certificate from Let’s Encrypt, our servers validate that you control the domain names in that certificate using “challenges,” as defined by the ACME standard. Most of the time, this validation is handled automatically by your ACME...
