Reactivate website

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Dear Let's Encrypt

A few years ago I had a web master for my website www.pedagogischwaarderen.nl but due to personal circumstances he couldn't work anymore. Now I wan't to reactivate my website. What can you do for me?

The site is already TLS secured:

Thanks, good to know. But why can't I get on my website? I can only see a PLESK website to login.

That's unfortunately not a question for this Community. We're not a generic IT helpdesk, but are a Community specifically for Let's Encrypt and sometimes a little bit broader scope, but at least always related with TLS/certificates. Not generic "how do I manage my website".

Looking at the IP address of your website, it seems like your hosting provider is Cloud86. It's probably best to ask their support about this.

I do see a certificate error when you press on the Plesk "Login" button. Behind the login button is a Plesk administration panel with a certificate for hostname shared25.cloud86-host.nl:8443. You should be able to login at https://shared25.cloud86-host.nl:8443/login_up.php without any certificate error, at least if you have the Plesk account login credentials. If you don't have those credentials, you should (also) take this up with the hosting provider Cloud86.
