Raspberry Pi / Certbot failure

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: generalkenobi2.duckdns.org

I ran this command: sudo certbot --apache

It produced this output:
@MotionEyeOS:~ $ sudo certbot --apache

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
Can't even run that command, the above output occurs.

Hi @generalk25, and welcome to the LE community forum :slight_smile:

I'd say you have an old certbot and it should be updated.
See this page for proper installation details:
Certbot (eff.org)

In any case, I would uninstall certbot and reinstall it.

That fixed the issue I had, then i had to remove nginx, it appears to have been binding port 80.

Thanks a lot.
