Raising Rate Limits for a domain

Good morning - I work for a large web host, developing the management software we use to run the company. We recently had to change the domain we use for our QA team. The new domain is hitting rate limits where the previous domain did not.

Looking back, it appears that my predecessor was able to ask for the previous domain to have the rate limits increased. However, his point of contact no longer works for LE. Is there an appropriate avenue I can follow to reach out to have the new domain match the old?

The Rate Limits are described at the page below. Note that not every limit can be changed. I'd suggest first making sure a new issue hasn't started with your new domain name.

The Overrides section links to a rate limiting form to request a changes
