QNAP cert renew failing: "maximum number of Let's Encrypt certificates."

I am trying to re-install Let's Encrypt cert on my QNAP device. It's failing with an error message stating:
"The domain name you are using has reached the maximum number of Let's Encrypt certificates."
How can I solve this problem?
