QNAP user, can't apply Let's Encrypt cert

I am QNAP user, I tried to download and install Let's Encrypt cert.
It is fail and showed a error message that.
The domain name you are using has reached the maximum number of Let's Encrypt certificates.
How can I solve this problem?

The domain name you are using has reached the maximum number of Let's Encrypt certificates.

I don't fully understand, as the myqnapcloud.com domain has been on the Public Suffix List for more than 4 years now, which would exempt the entire domain from the maximum allowed certificates per domain rate limit.

You're also not hitting any rate limits pertaining to your own subdomain.

So to me, it's unclear why you're getting that error. I don't see any reason for it strangely enough.
