Provisioning my certificate takes longer than 1 day though there is no problem

My domain is: 28-niiki.com
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Netlify

I'm trying to deploy my project on Netlify with my domain.
However, still HTTPS doesn't work and " Currently provisioning your Let’s Encrypt certificate" is shown. It' been taking longer than 1 day.

I checked all of this support guide([Support Guide] Troubleshooting SSL certificate errors - Support Guides - Netlify Support Forums) , then any troubles doesn't show on DNS CHECKER(https://dnschecker.org/) and Let's Debug(https://letsdebug.net/) .

Is there any errors or something? I'm sorry for my poor English.

You should ask Netlify support about that error.

The certificate config looks good to me

Is this the first certificate?

SaaS providers take their time with the first cert, you shouldn't notice much on renewals. Their systems are complex and sometimes unintelligible to us, but operating at that scale sometimes requires unusual behavior.
