Can't get letsencrypt automatic ssl cert at Netlifly

My domain is: talesfromquantumland.com

I'm using Netlifly to host my site and I got the domain name from NameCheap.

I followed all the prompts at Netlifly and the DNS info is correctly populated, but there's still an error getting an ssl cert for it even after more than 12+ hours.

I went to letsdebug.net to check the domain and everything is okay for all the validation methods and yet no certificate.

Can somebody please help me figure out the issue? Thanks in advance.

looks like netflifly doesn't know about that domain and don't know what to show for that request?

I've just hidden my project for now so the link appears broekn, but the link is very much active. When I use netlifly given url, it correctly goes to 'https' but that doesn't happen with my custom domain name becasue there's no ssl cert getting issued.

That is better asked of Netlify support.

This is almost certainly a setup or configuration problem in their system. If they discover that Let's Encrypt is rejecting the certificate issuance and can give us the error code sent by LE then maybe we can help further

UPDATE:
Looks like they got this resolved. See successful cert test at: SSL Checker
