Unable to generate SSL certificate in Netlify

My domain is: www.sight--care.com

I ran this command: netlify cert gen

It produced this output: DNS verification was successful

If provisioning your certificate takes longer than 24 hours, please read our troubleshooting guide.

My web server is (include version): Netlify

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): N/A

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Netlify

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): no

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): github

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):n/a

I have put all my files in gutiub. Then it was connected through netlify. Lastly, I tried to connect my custom domain in netlify. It has been been more than 2 days. However, SSL certificates have not been generated.

Have you reviewed the document Netlify reccomend in their output?
