To redirect from https://monexpertinfo.com to https://www.monexpertinfo.com without error, both domains must have a valid certificate.

When I installed the pond crypt it proposed to me to choose either the domain www.monexpertinfo.com or the domain monexpertinfo.com, so I installed the certificate on www.monexpertinfo.com thank you to explain me what is wrong? Yes, of course it's possible.

You probably need to follow the same steps to generate a certificate for the other domain, but without more details, it's hard to help you.

and under linux I chose www.monexpertinfo.com and letencrypt to create a certificate for this url and not for myexpertinfo.com it’s either one or the other we can’t choose both ? what do you propose ?

You can. From your link:

Cette commande permet de configurer automatiquement le ou les certificats SSL des différents domaines qui sont sur votre VPS ou serveur. Indiquez le ou les domaines en les séparant par des ,. ATTENTION Let’s Encrypt ne gère pas de Wildcard (sous domaines), si vous utilisez plusieurs domaines et sous-domaines vous devrez tous les indiquer : mondomain.ext,www.mondomain.ext

This is somewhat outdated or inaccurate information, because Let's Encrypt does generate wildcard certificates. But they have to be obtained using a DNS validation method, which is difficult in some configurations.

That's also not very relevant to this question, but I just wanted to correct this misinformation in case anyone else sees this thread later on.

again on my server, it proves to me that www?myexpertinfo.com and not myexpertinfo.com ?? what do I have to do to see both ? double the vhost ? or simply add an alias in the vhost ? the script base it on the servername attribute www.monexpertinfo.com then I have to add another vhost file by making a copy/paste of the vhost or servername = www. and the I maos servername myexpertinfo.com ? thanks for your help

Hello! when you install you must choose your domain without www and execute this command after finishing. ./letsencrypt-auto certonly --verbose --webroot -w /home/name/projects/www/your-directory-project -d yourdomain.com -d www.yourdomain.com
