Problem with starting Lets Encrypt SSL certificate at OVH hosting

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

There is not enough information to help you. You need to provide:

  • the domain you are trying to get a certificate for
  • if you have any error message or logs you need to share those.
  • the name and version of the software you are trying to use to get a certificate. Certbot is an example but there are others, or you may be trying to use a tool OVH provide, or you may be using some control panel software.
