Problem with my SSL and domain

It is the first time that I use Certbot, I installed it in a Digital Ocean droplet and associated it to a domain, something went wrong and I had to delete everything and remove the droplet, now I can’t install SSL (It gives an error, because it is associated with another account ) or delete the domain from the droplet (it says that for protection), how could I do in this case? I have no backup of anything

Do you mean you are using a Digital Ocean loadbalancer?

What's the actual error message?

A Digital Ocean Droplet, LAMP ubuntu 20, I do not have the message at hand, the site is in production at midnight I will try again.

I’m amazed that people can delete droplet and start over on a production site… But anyway please fill in this form when you have sufficient information.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

stevenzhu, thanks for answering, at the time I did the installation it was not in production, I did it at dawn as I will now. When I have more information I share it. Thank you very much!

Thank you is working!
