Problem with downloading SSL

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: sisregmed.tech

I ran this command: sudo certbot certonly --webroot -w /var/www/html -d sisregmed.tech -d www.sisregmed.tech

It produced this output:
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log
Requesting a certificate for sisregmed.tech and www.sisregmed.tech

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: webroot). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: sisregmed.tech
Type: unauthorized

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains serve their content from the provided --webroot-path/-w and that files created there can be downloaded from the internet.

Some challenges have failed.

Guys, I´m total newbie deploying APPS. But, I try, so I HOPE some one can help me.

The IP in that error message is a Hostinger IPv6 address. Are they your hosting service?

You have both an IPv4 A record and an IPv6 AAAA record in your DNS. It looks to me like these are pointing to a Hostinger service and are not the public IP for your server. Hostinger creates these DNS records automatically for new setups.

More info from the questions would be helpful. Like what kind of server you are running. Ubuntu is the operating system not a server.

Hi.

I have a VPS in Hostinger, so, the IA give me those steps in order to download / install the SSL. And for some reasson it´s not working, so, the IA give the same steps and don´t change. In order words: "I´m cycling with the IA, trying to fix this issue with the same result".

Regards!

I would not want to interfere with that process. When you are finished with them then please answer the questions from the form and that I asked about. We don't have enough info to give advice. The more you provide the more likely we can help.

It will get confusing if you get advice from someone here and also advice from that IA. So, wait until finished with them.
