I have same problem with my domain asbaz.ir and i cant use free ssl can some one please tell me how can i unblock my domain?

Thanks for your help i just know a few information about your question s , at all i know i using cpanel for my site and my problem is here for domain asbaz.ir in my cpanel in the part of ssl for this domain color of lock is red but for my subdomains is green. Sorry about that i cant speack english well hope you underestand my mean and my problem . If you cant underestand my problem if its possible i can send you my user and pass of my cpanel so you can see my problem

I called to my host service support and they said the certificate was installd corectly but it not approved and its Get out of automation

How shoud i issue the certificate ? I went to my cpanel in ( manage ssl sites ) part and selected domain asbaz.ir and i pressd the autoFill button then the install button and the ssl installed corectly and lock color was green in cpanel and my site was loaded with out any warning but after one day in my cpanel lock color goes red and my site opens with warning
How did you get a certificate in the first place?
In the first place the ssl was installed automaticly and there was no problem but after few days i unistalled the certification and after that when i eant to install it again this problem come s on

And here you can see i choos certificate for asbaz.ir and then i pressed autoFill button and the domain s of certification is not match with my domain and it matched with store.asbaz.ir

You need to ask your cPanel host about this. If you run this cPanel server, then you need to ask for help on tickets.cpanel.net. This is a question about cPanel AutoSSL and the way your cPanel account and domains are setup, not with Let’s Encrypt.
