Privacy Error - DNS Expired in Shopify

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: bbxx.world
I ran this command: Enter the website
My web server is (include version):shopify

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: namecheap

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know

Other info: I’ve tried to ask for help to shopify asking for the SSL and to my hosting company but they couldn’t help me. The version of the domain is bbxx.world, but the version with www. works. I had understood that Shopify provided the service, but it hasn’t worked in the last week because it says that the certificate expired. Please help.

However you obtained that cert in the first place, you’ll need to renew it–certificates issued by Let’s Encrypt are good for 90 days, and should generally be renewed after about 60 days. Since you haven’t said how you obtained your cert, we can’t give any recommendations on how to renew it.

You have a brand new certificate now so it looks like Shopify fixed their problem.

Yes, thanks hoy very much!
