Dear Sir/Madam, could you unblock my IP addresses 38.211.30.251, 38.211.30.252? I am using them directly with Sophos UTM, I have more than 60 certificates, and I am unable to renew them. To renew, I had to change the IP address, however, after 5 certificates, the renewal process resulted in a new block.
There is no IP block and rate limits cannot be adjusted.
Please use one of the previously issued certificates.

How many certificates can I renew per hour or day?

5 duplicate certificate per week with rolling windows, if needed add a dummy name to bypass limit
