Let’s Encrypt only does DV certificates, you will need to go to another CA for OV/EV (what I think you are referring to).
There is a rather long thread discussing the 90 day validity period, but I believe at the moment that it is very unlikely that Let’s Encrypt will ever issue longer duration certificates.
