Is it possible to no longer have the OCSP certificate in the crt.sh? They appear as if they are SSL certificates.

What do you mean exactly? I don't understand the question.
Also, crt.sh is a certificate log aggregator owned by the Sectigo CA, not Let's Encrypt. It just "scrapes" public certificate logs. So even if I understood your question, I'm not sure how it's related to Let's Encrypt?
