My host has letsencrypt but charges

i have a manages vps server and host my own domains plus some charity domains for free. the people i have the vps from have let’s encrypt but they charge for the let’s encrypt ssl thingy for each domain is there anyway someone can show me how to put it on my vps server and i can do the ssl certificates myself without having to pay for each domain as i have 30 domains and 10 are charity ones?
