Please fill in the fields below so that we can better assist you. Note: you must provide your domain name for assistance. All domain names of issued certificates are made public in the Certificate Transparency registries (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so hiding your domain name here does not increase confidentiality, but only makes it more difficult for us to provide assistance.

My domain is: app2.erp-web.app

I have executed this command: Generate SSL certificate, my certificate expired and the certificate was not renewed and doing it manually gives me error

The result is the following: error 805 TS PLUS error

My web server is (include version): Windows Server 2022

My web server's operating system is (include version): Windows

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: not applicable

I can access a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I use a control panel to manage my site (no, or indicate the name and version of the control panel): yes

The version of my client (for example, the output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if using Certbot):

Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

TS Plus has it's own integrated certificate manager using Lego. It looks like you can find logs for that: SSL certificate renewal : TSplus Helpdesk

Ensure you are using the latest version of the app in case it is having problems with the newer Let's Encrypt certificate chain and make sure you are not using any Geographic firewall blocking on port 80 as this will prevent http validation from working.

Also @ailetlecaro,

Testing and debugging are best done using the Staging Environment as the Rate Limits are much higher.
