Multiple Wordpress installs on one Linode VPS

Hey! I have four Wordpress installs, each with their own domain on one LInode VPS (ubuntu 16/nginx) One (americanartwork.net) has a EV SSL installed. Using Let’s Encrypt, can I install regular SSLs on the other domains? Can you choose or exclude domains as part of the install process? Thank you.

To be sure, you’d have to ask about a specific ACME client, but most if not all normal clients let you freely choose what names a certificate includes and don’t interfere with other things.

(I wouldn’t venture to guess what control panel plugins do.)
