Mon chromebook est bloqué sur la version Chrome 76 et depuis le 1/10, je ne peux accéder au video de la platefome MyCanal
Comment mettre à jour certificat sans mise à jour chrome OS ?

J’ai exécuté cette commande : import fichier .pem récupéré sur le site mais dit que le certif existe déjà et pas de mise à jour

If you provide the domain name, we can better troubleshoot the problem.
Right now we can only guess...
My guess is that you may have used the cert.pem file instead of the fullchain.pem file.

My problem :
I'm using an ACER ChromeBook C720 P and the version of Chrome is 76. ACER stopped the OS update since june 2019
I often watch TV and movies on https://www.canalplus.com/ and since the beginning of october, it's impossible : Erreur DRM-1

The helpdesk sent me this message:
"@sccg59 : il vous faudrait mettre à jour le certificat "ISRG Root X1" sur une version plus récente, malheureusement je ne trouve pas de mode opératoire pour Chrome OS sur le net.

N'hésitez pas à venir vous manifester sur le forum de (Let's Encrypt): https://community.letsencrypt.org/c/help/aide-en-francais/19 (qui gère ce certificat)."

Is it possible to update it, how to do ?

It probably is possible to update it manually.
But I don't know exactly how - I would start by searching this site for similar/related topics then the Internet. someone must have figured this out already - LOL

I do not know how either. But, some people have luck using Firefox to solve similar problems. It has its own set of certificates so sometimes works.

Yes but firefox for Chromebook IS available with the chrome version number 80.

Hi,

Update doesn't work: the error message indicates that the file already exists. But I don't know if existing message is the older or the new version.
Do you know if it's possible to verify it ?
I can edit the detail : for example I saw that Version is 3, serial number: 00:82:10:CF:B0:D2:40:E3:59:44:63:E0:BB:63:82:8B:00....

What section do I verify?
