Manually apply for Let's Encrypt "newsletter"

That's rally a different topic, but this sentence still made me aware of one thing:

I have not received a mail. And it is easy to explain why: I use a LE client, which does not have the ability to submit mail addresses when registering the account, so LE cannot send me a mail.

So it would be nice if I could somehow still sign-up for the "newsletter"...

What client do you use? Could you please file a bug? Being incapable of providing an email address is a major defect, since we rely on email to reach all those users who would liked to be reached for agreement updates and certificate expirations.
