List of request made to Lets Encrypt Server

Hello I'm searching for the Webpage where you can see a detailed List of the Request that have been made from each Domain. there are also Informations on how often and when the Certificate was updated the last time.

I would be glad if someone could provide the Link.

Here's the systems I know of (in no particular order) that have user-facing ways to track a domain's certificates; though I don't know which of them have programmable APIs:

• Google Certificate Transparency
• crt.sh by Sectigo
• Censys Certificates
• Facebook Transparency Monitoring (needs a Facebook account)
• Certstream
• Entrust Certificate Search
