Where do I go to search for issued certificates?
My searching keeps ending up here:
and there are no working links to the logs… so, where do I need to go?

Certificate Transparency logs themselves are only required to provide APIs. They don't necessarily have any sort of HTML interface.
(Although the two websites linked above are operated by companies -- Sectigo and Google -- that also run logs.)
So you have to rely on various websites that download records from the logs, process them, and present a convenient web interface. (Or build your own.)
Note that crt.sh currently doesn't display recent information, due to a database issue. (Though it's normally fantastic, and it's still usable for older information right now.)
