Letsencrypt limit problems

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domains is: https://crazyshop4all.gr/, https://bmwkings.gr/, https://dsteam.gr/, https://ksth-auto.gr/, http://autobodyfix.gr/

I ran this command: I've got limited

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Myself, CyberPanel

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): CyberPanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): CyberPanel's Letsencrypt

So generally this form doesn't actually fit my support requirements and i am a company i can as well provide you my Certificate Incorporate, well the problem i've experienced is that:
I have made my websites ssl from another provider cause of this problem of limited, i did setup many times the control panel and in the process while the ssl certificates were issued many times i got limited, so in the e-mail domains: mail.crazyshop4all.gr, mail.bmwkings.gr, mail.dsteam.gr, mail.ksth-auto.gr, mail.autobodyfix.gr. Can i request extend of my limited usage so i can issue normally an ssl for those e-mail domains? We experience problems and my customers needs e-mail cause they are working with it with their customers, as you well understand the situation here is critical because we are business to business to client relationship and i really need your help here expanding or yet if it's possible unblock just to make those emails working again. Thank you very much for your time!

Welcome to the community @lifeowner

There is no way to change your rate limits. See this page

The best solution is for you to use one of the certificates you already created. Using crt.sh I see you have issued many certs in various name configurations. For example, crt.sh | mail.crazyshop4all.gr

Making newer certs with the same names would not work any better than those already created.

I see in one case you also issued certs from ZeroSSL. You could try that for the other domain names and then come back to Let's Encrypt in a week when your Rate Limit expires. You need to resolve why you keep issuing certs though - that is not necessary and wasteful.

I had issues with the control panel itself sir, it wasn't my purpose to use so much, once certificates issued now it wouldn't be a problem, i just need to issue them once. I don't have the keys and i didn't know back then that i should've backup the keys, from now on i will backup the keys, however is it possible we do something regarding this? It's cleanly because i had to format the server like 3 times over. Can you please do something about this just this once? Because it's really hard to deal with custom SSL Certificates since the email doesn't resolve the issue cause it still says that the ssl is invalid, if i had a temporary alternative solution i would not be here to disturb you.

No, there is no way to increase the limits. See this part of the Rate Limit page I linked to:

Your options are to use ZeroSSL temporarily or perhaps use a different set of domain names to issue a new cert. The limit of 5 per week is for certs with the exact same list of domain names. So, if you can add or subtract a name you could issue another one. Of course, adding a name means it has to be authenticated too. You already tried this by adding and removing 'www' domain name so you seem to be aware of this already.

Do you provide any premium package? Which can extend it? And how many days left before the domains are unblocked?

There's no such thing.

Please read the rate limits page linked above.
